PROJECT 3: First attempt at elevator
A simple motion within a short distance was attempted to test whether the code would work well with me and it turned out fine, considering the short distance captured in this video.
PROJECT 3: Incorporating models into Crysis
Attempt 1:
The keyword for this model was "interdependent". To show this even further, I colored in similar gradients of the color and incorporated it onto the terrain, letting it sit gently on the top.
Attempt 2:
The keyword for this model was "constricted". I covered opposing faces in different colors, retaining a concrete texture over faces that were facing forward. Later, merged into the terrain, slightly elevated at an angle to test its affect.
PROJECT 3: Attempts at valley in crysis
Mostly a rocky outlook, where the valley is formed from exisiting marble vertical forms. Vegetation inhibits most part of the terrain. And in between the valley is a single standing form where the meeting place will be situated.
A bird's eye view of the valley and the meeting place. The differences in height and distance between the meeting point and the ground allow a sense of power, on a large scale.

PROJECT 3: Mash up of articles
The articles all suggest an almost constrictive power the
companies have over current population, how it’s a global effect that is really
reaching all over the world, not just in business but with its size, nearly
global distribution system and marketing expertise, Coca-Cola could be a
powerful ally. Facebook is eager show off its momentum, as it stands as a huge
force on the internet. Some people make the decision not to use it because they
are afraid of what might happen, suggesting how intimidating its power is.
Nonetheless, holistic dominance was evident here.
Sourced from New York Times.
The theme of momentum and constrained dominance is evident.
PROJECT 3: Beginning village concept
A sketch of my village where the entire face is almost covered in vegetation. The ground(village) splits through the middle as if trying to disrupt the serenity of a tropical forest, yet the vegetation continues smoothly across the surfaces.
The inspiration for my village stems from Kinta Village, West Malaysia. It is a limestone crevice with vegetation sprawling over the edge and actually continuing along the walls.
